 Power
Supply Console
The U.S. Laser power supply console is designed to
provide all necessary electrical and laser head cooling functions in a
common console. Included are the DC power supply to start and drive the
laser lamp, line matching isolation transformer, a water to water heat
exchanger for cooling, and interface electronics to control interlocks,
shutter drive and other necessary functions. All electronics chassis
are rack mounted using slides for easy access. The cooling system has
an integral water reservoir, as well as a replaceable particle filter
and deionizer . The cooling system is designed for use with distilled
water using all stainless steel and plastic components. The console
features welded steel construction, with removable side panels and
hinged rear door for easy access. All access panels and doors are
safety interlocked. Power supplies consoles are available with rating
of 4 KW to 18 KW. Please contact the U.S. Laser sales department for

 Dual Power Supply
Console
The U.S. Laser dual power supply is designed as a
convenient source to drive two Model 406 or 408 laser heads. The
console features heavy duty welded construction with interlocked
removable access panels. Specially designed system of cooling fans
insures adequate cabinet air flow to cool the interior electronics. All
electronic rack panels are mounted on chassis slides for easy access.
The power supplies may be controlled locally via front panel controls,
or remotely via computer interface. The cooling system is designed for
distilled water using all stainless steel or plastic components, and
features a large common reservoir to insure that coolant water to each
head is at exactly the same temperature.

Support
Frames
These support frames are
designed to be used in conjunction with model 406 and 408 high powered
laser systems with enclosures. Frames are fabricated from heli-arc
welded steel box tubing to provide a rigid and stable mounting base. A
storage cabinet is built into the frame to provide a convenient storage
area. Two versions are available, one for the single and dual head
enclosures, and one for the four head enclosures. Special custom
versions are also available, please contact the U.S. Laser sales
department.
